personal service amazing food excellent service crammed sunbeds tipping culture dated decor
the food was AMAZING!!! i visited the mediterranean restaurant and it was excellent. melad by the pool served drinks regularly and gave such personal service. fouquet, the manager, spoke with guests and checked if he could improve our stay.
some restaurants felt a bit dated.

The staff are amazing, always smiling and willing to help. I found the food to be great with many options in the buffet. The heated swimming pool and private beach include cabanas and windbreaks. This was my second visit, and I would happily return for a third.
The gym includes a good setup, however it may get a little crowded during peak times. There are several cardio machines, free weights and machines available. It can sometimes be difficult to find available machines during busy periods.

efficient check-in attentive staff peaceful atmosphere
My experience was nice. Check-in felt efficient. Our room was comfortable. I found the staff attentive and cordial. I noticed they maintained the hotel well. The food tasted delicious. I recognized good variety. The peaceful atmosphere.
I observed that sunbeds near the pool were reserved early. This practice made finding available seating challenging. I hope the management can implement a fairer system for all guests. This issue was the only inconvenience I encountered.

The room featured a very large bed, a television with many channels, and a spacious bathroom. Hot water was consistently available, and the water pressure felt strong. I found the daily room cleaning thorough.

The hotel offers two main pools. Both pools felt clean. I saw that the pool temperature remained comfortable during the day. The gala night impressed me with the variety of food options available. I noted themed nights offered food variety.

The staff worked diligently to provide really good service throughout our stay. Restaurant personnel were great. They attended to all our needs. I found the waiters at the a la carte restaurants attentive and professional. They ensured an very nice dining experience.

spacious room clean room amazing art sea access loud guests repeat visits
the rooms were spacious and clean. the mini bar was well stocked. our housekeeping guy made amazing towel art.
the beach was lovely, but i could not walk straight into the sea. some foreign guests were getting loud at the pool and badly drunk. i do not understand why some people return year after year.
